February Challenge
The February Challenge is a 21-day mind and body challenge built on real feedback from our January cohort. Four daily habits — 30 minutes of movement, no junk food, no alcohol, and 10 minutes of mindfulness — designed to be simpler, more flexible, and more achievable than a typical fitness challenge. It's longer than January (21 days vs 14) but takes less time each day (~50 min vs ~60 min), with a new mindfulness habit that addresses mental health alongside physical health. Whether you completed the January Challenge or you're starting fresh, this is the challenge that builds habits strong enough to last beyond the 21 days.
